Shipping: Shortly after you Confirm your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, it was probably blocked by your spam filter, so you may need to designate it as "No Spam" or add the address to your White List.
We usually ship within 7 days, with the exception of holidays, where we ask for your patience. Orders with large quantities will take a few extra days to prepare. Each order placed is a custom order and will be handled on an individual basis. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation/tracking number.
Currently I only ship to the U.S and APO/FPO Addresses. We use USPS First class mail for packages $20 and under and Priority Mail for packages over $20. If you prefer Priority shipping for packages under $20, it is available for $5.50
Returns: For sanitary reasons, and because each bow is custom made on an individual basis, I am unable to accept returns. Please review order carefully before checkout to verify that your order is correct. |
